Building Toward
By the end of the Engagement Phase, we aim to have a validated strategy, potential collaborations, a pipeline of pioneer projects ready to grow, and a connected network of Thai and Swedish partners aligned around a shared roadmap - with the resources and foundations needed to launch a full, multi-year development at scale.
The goal is not just a better construction material. It's a new industry and the new way of resource management that promote rural development, ecosystem resilience, climate mitigation and contributes meaningfully to Thailand's green transition.
All of this aligns with a foundation that already exists, the Thailand–Sweden Strategic Partnership signed in August 2025, which places sustainable forestry in this bilateral relationship.
